RELEASING THE NEED FOR APPROVAL
Moms work hard, are endlessly giving and always moving non-stop…
Come on, Is it too much to ask for some acknowledgment, please?
How often do you feel you need verbal recognition, validation or acknowledgment for all the handwork you do?
Do you ever get to the point of resentment if your efforts go unnoticed?
It’s always so great to get the unexpected “Thank You” when someone appreciates you. When you need appreciation to feel good about yourself and boost your self-worth there is an underlying issue of self-love that needs to be addressed.
It’s been said that the approval you seek is from yourself but how do you break the cycle of “I’m not good enough” to actually take the time to heal yourself.
I know this too well because I’ve struggled with this most of my life.
My dad was the person I wanted approval from and he was the last one to give me a compliment.
It wasn’t until I learned how to break the pattern of needing validation outside myself that I was able to truly step into my power.
In this weeks TejalTV episode, I’m going to share the exact secret that helped me build a strong sense of self. I no longer seek approval or validation from outside myself, and after you watch this video you won’t either.
After you’ve watched the episode, I want to hear from you.
Share a comment below about what are some of the things you need to hear. Who do you need to hear them from? Say them out loud to yourself. Make it you’re declaring for next 21 days to repeat them, live it and own it.
When you give yourself the validation you need, your interactions with others change. You don’t come off as needy. And that’s when miracles can happen.
