We all get stressed out from time to time, right? I think that’s a job requirement when you become a mom.

But did you know that long-term stress harms your body and brain in a not so good way.

From increased anxiety, depression, lack of mental clarity and inflammation- stress is no bueno if you want to be the best version of yourself as a woman, wife and radiant mama.

If you’re like me you want your mind to stay as healthy as your body and today’s TejalTV episode is a must watch for any stressed out mama.

Because let’s face it. Stressful situations will arise. That’s not in our control.

But I’ll give you the greatest anti-dote to stress that IS in our control. (and NO it’s not meditation though that’s an excellent preventative tool).

These are three tools that are vital to have in your toolbox to get out of stress mode more quickly so you can return to a neutral mind and calm heart.

  1. I would love to do the self massage but I can’t find the link to the video! The way I deal with stress is my dog. She’s a German shepherd called Valentine and she’s my world. I also use a lot of essential oils, practice yoga daily and epsom salts or magnesium flakes baths help xxx
