Before I become a mom, I used to meditate for at least 20 minutes a day to keep my anxiety in check.

But everything changed after having a baby.

I realized life doesn’t always give you 20 minutes to get centered but we absolutely NEED meditation to not feel anxious and frustrated throughout our day.

That’s when I started practicing mini-meditations everyday and was amazed at the powerful way they shifted how I felt!

Part of the reason why traditional self-care advice for mom doesn’t work is even if you get to a yoga class, get a massage or drink a glass of wine, the relaxation is fleeting. When another stressful situation arises, you handle the situation the same old way.

Meditation is the only self-care practice that gradually shifts the way you handle stress overtime and can help cultivate greater patience, calmness and inner peace -for the long haul.

I started meditation mentoring with busy mamas in mind to help you shift your emotional state-FAST! I’ll help you infuse a daily meditation into your life no matter what phase of motherhood you are in pregnancy, newborn, toddlers and beyond.

I’m a sought after meditation mentor (aka taught hundreds of moms how to meditate) because I get your struggles and time limitations as a mom raising young children. That’s why everything I teach can be practiced anytime (not just in the wee hours of the morning), anywhere (not just on a meditation mat.)

We’ll work together for four 45 min sessions (either once a week or bi-weekly) and meet via Zoom Video Conferencing. I will guide you through a weekly meditation and I’ll teach you a new meditation to practice until our next session.

I meet you where you’re at. Whether you’ve never meditated before and wanna learn basics or you want to make sure you are practicing the right way, I got your back.

I’ll teach you specific meditations based on your current struggles and how you want to feel so this is not a cookie-cutter meditation class you can watch on YouTube.

The meditation practices are catered to exactly what YOU need and you can watch the recordings of our sessions whenever you need a refresher.
