HOW TO BALANCE YOUR EMOTIONS IN 3 MINUTES OR LESS…
There once was a time that I felt being “sensitive” was a bad thing. Like it was a sign of weakness.
It’s really a shame to think how often we give “being emotional” a negative connotation. It’s like faulting someone for going No. 2! Emotions though “messy” (pun intended) are a vital part of being a healthy and a whole human being.
We are meant to feel the gamut of emotions from fear, anger, grief, content, annoyance and jealousy.
We can’t prevent feeling these emotions because they are an automatic response to what is going on in our life.
If you find that your outer life is out-of-balance, I guarantee that your inner emotional landscape is also imbalanced.
When events trigger uncomfortable emotional responses they stem from an unconscious inner wound.
So when our outside world seems out-of-balance the only way to find balance is going within and learning how to balance our reactions to these events.
