There once was a time that I felt being “sensitive” was a bad thing. Like it was a sign of weakness.

It’s really a shame to think how often we give “being emotional” a negative connotation. It’s like faulting someone for going No. 2! Emotions though “messy” (pun intended) are a vital part of being a healthy and a whole human being.

We are meant to feel the gamut of emotions from fear, anger, grief, content, annoyance and jealousy.

We can’t prevent feeling these emotions because they are an automatic response to what is going on in our life.

If you find that your outer life is out-of-balance, I guarantee that your inner emotional landscape is also imbalanced.

When events trigger uncomfortable emotional responses they stem from an unconscious inner wound.

So when our outside world seems out-of-balance the only way to find balance is going within and learning how to balance our reactions to these events.

In this Tejal.TV video, I share a simple 3 minute Kundalini meditation to help balance your emotions. Practice this daily for the next 7 days and you’ll be able to balance your inner landscape and thus feel that balance pervade into your outer life.

After you’ve watched the video, I want to hear from you.

Remember insight without action is meaningless. So don’t take my word for it, try this meditation.

Leave me a comment below and tell me what emotion you struggle with the most. Let me know if you’re gonna try the meditation. I read every comment and can’t wait to connect with you on a deeper level.

  1. I love that I can so this for just a shirt period and start creating a shift in my day. A lot of times I will sense that I need to change my energy and get on a “better” but won’t know where to start or I’ll assume that I dont have the time. This gives me something actionable that I can do as soon as I realize I need to make an adjustment. Love it!

    • Michelle it’s totally doable and that’s what I’m all about. Super fast-working and POWERFUL Kundalini exercises that will leave you feeling better quickly. We don’t have time to waste feeling stuck and in a funk. Definitely let me know how you feel after you try it out!! I love your enthusiasm and willingness to try new things!! Such an endearing quality mama! Xoxo

  2. Thank you for creating a resource for real solutions for mothers! It’s so hard to find direction to create change. Great tip! Is there another video where you demonstrate this meditation? It was so short and fast in this video. Can’t wait to incorporate this into my day! I’m starting right now!

    • Hey Bhavisha thank you so much! Definitely give it a try and come back and let me know your experience. As busy moms we can’t waste time looking around for tips that will help us feel our best. My desire is this will be a one-stop hub for mamas.

Regarding the video, I try to keep my videos short and fast because the majority of moms I’ve spoken to over the years don’t like watching long videos. I keep my explanation short, clear and concise so I’m so sorry I don’t have a longer explanation video but is be happy to answer any questions you have about the meditation you didn’t understand. Also, hearing it a few times may help as well:)

      So happy to connect!

  3. The few emotions I struggle with are fear, anger, jealousy, irritability, and the constant need to always be perfect. I’ve been diagnosed with panic, anxiety, and OCD disorders and am still trying to find ways to live an emotionally balanced life. I’m still in my early twenties and I’m not however a mama yet. I would like to be someday and focusing on my health will help me be a better mama someday. I admire your work and hope to hear back from you on a few ways I can control the chaos and imbalances I feel on a daily basis.

    • Hey sweetie! I know how you feel. That’s where I was in my 20’s. Panic attacks, overwhelmed and it affected every area of my life. The good news is through meditation, mindfulness practices and breathing techniques I learned to calm down my nervous system. That’s the key to focus on breathing. I’m doing a 7-day stress detox course soon, even though you aren’t a mom, I think it will be very beneficial for you. The tools help ANYONE really and they are quick and easy to practice before and during the panic and overwhelm hits. Even though my business is geareed towards moms, it’s very much all the tools and things that helped me before I became a mom too. If you haven’t already make sure you sign up for my newsletter on the website so you can get notice with the 7 Day Stress Detox is open! Sending you my love!
