Moms may be the most stressed people on the planet. Sick kids, school, homework, play dates, family gatherings, new babies, peer drama, car pool, eating veggies, brushing teeth, and bedtime. That is just the short list of all of the things that moms feel responsible for.
We are so busy taking care of everyone else’s needs, anytime we find a moment for ourselves, we feel guilty.
And if you’re constantly going, going, going you wonder “Where in the world will I EVER find time to take care of myself? When the kids are in college?!”
I know you’re reading that and giving me a silent head nod.
That’s why when Jennifer Bronsnick, MSW, LCSW asked me to be a guest on her Mindful Family Radio Show, I couldn’t refuse.
Jennifer is deeply passionate about supporting moms to feel happy and healthy. And she knows what it feels like to be stressed and not feeling your best. As a mom of three daughters under 8 and a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety, Jen knows the challenges of motherhood.
I had an amazing time connecting with Jen on her show. The most amazing part was that same week, without even knowing we attended the same Rock Your Voice Woman Live Event in NYC.
I LOVE how the Universe works! When you’re destined to be connected to someone, the Universe will conspire to make it happen!
Having the honor to work and meet this woman, I can tell you she has a deep, selfless desire to serve moms. You’ll adore her as much as I do!
It’s an honor to share my re-broadcast of our segment where we talked about simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life. We talk about stress, balance, and you’ll get to hear me sing mindfulness songs and mindfulness tools to teach your kids.
Check out my re-broadcast along with all her other past shows by clicking here. Scroll down the list, I’m show #9 for this season.
You can tune into Jen’s inspirational Mindful Family Radio every Tuesday at 1 pm EST on the BBM Global Network and Tunein Radio app.

Now I want to hear from you,
After you’ve had a chance to listen to the radio show, I want to know what is one takeaway you will start practicing.
It’s so important to be surrounded by inspiring women. Listen to Jen’s radio show on your lunch break, while folding laundry or driving. It’s the exact dose of positivity you need to get through your week!
Sending you all my love,
XOXO
