And that’s just NOT the case.
Today I talk with licensed marriage and family therapist Archana Neelmegh who breaks down the stigma of therapy by answering all the questions we have about therapy but were too embarrassed to ask.

She has a specialty in perinatal mental health, along with having a huge mission to spread wellness for minority communities, specifically South Asian womxn in both her practice and volunteer work as a co-facilitator for postpartum support international’s south Asian mom support group.
